1 General Terms

By using the gbajo website and all related services ("Platform"), you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the gbajo website, applications, and all associated services. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any registered or unregistered person who accesses the Platform.

gbajo reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the Platform after any changes means you have automatically accepted the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to create an account and use the gaming services at gbajo:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must use a valid account registered in your own name.
• There must be no legal restriction preventing you from using your gbajo account.
• You must confirm that you are using the Platform of your own free will and in sound mental health.

Age Verification

gbajo may at any time request a government-issued ID, passport, or other document to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension of your account.

3 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each person may open only one gbajo account. If the same person or members of the same household open multiple accounts, those accounts will be identified and may all be closed. Bonuses and winnings earned across multiple accounts are at risk of forfeiture.

Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, contact address, and payment details. gbajo reserves the right to close the account if any false or incomplete information is provided.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile payment methods are currently supported on gbajo:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Digital payment platform of UCB Bank

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method). The upper deposit limit is determined by the account type and level of verification.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. gbajo reserves the right to verify identity and confirm that bonus wagering requirements have been met before processing a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳17,000

Wagering Requirement

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• gbajo reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of unauthorized bonus claims or bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6 Gaming Policy

All games available on gbajo are operated by the respective game providers using their own algorithms and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. gbajo itself does not determine or alter the outcome of any game.

Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a game, gbajo will review the game provider's logs to determine the correct outcome. Decisions regarding bets lost due to technical issues are final.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, gbajo offers various sports markets. The rules of each betting market apply separately to each category. If a match is cancelled or postponed, gbajo will determine the outcome of the relevant betting market.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

gbajo is committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games with the help of bots, automated software, or any artificial means.
• Colluding with other users to increase bonuses or winnings.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the Platform for personal gain.
• Operating an account using a false identity or under another person's identity.
• Attempting to create withdrawable balances at low risk by abusing the bonus system.

If any of the above activities are detected, gbajo reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all associated balances.

8 Security and Privacy

gbajo uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information. Your financial information and transaction details are stored in accordance with the highest security standards.

Data Usage Policy

10 Account Suspension and Closure

gbajo may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If you are found to be involved in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• If you are identified as a minor.

Closure by the User

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance will be returned after appropriate verification before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

gbajo operates its Platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. gbajo is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
• Losses caused by user negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
• Temporary service interruptions during unplanned system maintenance.
• Financial losses related to gaming — the risk of gaming is entirely the user's own.

12 Changes to Terms

gbajo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email address or through the Platform.

Continuing to use the Platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
